Description
The BD LSRFortessa X-20 is a 5-laser benchtop cell analyzer capable of detecting up to 18 fluorescence parameters simultaneously. It is configured with a blue (488 nm), red (640 nm), violet (405 nm), yellow-green (561 nm), and UV (355 nm) laser. The High Throughput Sampler (HTS) option is also available, which can provide rapid and fully automated sample acquisition from a 96 or 384-well plate.

Description
The BD FACSAria Fusion is a 5-laser cell sorter that provides superior multicolour sensitivity for advanced cell sorting capabilities. It is configured with blue (488 nm), red (640 nm), violet (405 nm), yellow-green (561 nm), and UV (355 nm) lasers. This instrument can sort cells into well plates ranging from single-cell sorting into 96 or 384 well plates to continuous sorting into plates or tubes. The BD FACSAria Fusion is within a fully integrated Class II Type A2 biosafety cabinet.
