Services / User Fees
The Flow Cytometry Facility offers the following services for a fee:
Note. User fees are charged to help offset some of the costs associated with operating and maintaining the core facility. The funds generated by these fees are key to allowing the network of core facilities within NUCLEUS to effectively support research.

Service Notes
- Assisted Experiment – The Core Manager will be by your side throughout the entire experiment and will aid in experiment set up. The Core Manager will perform cleaning and shut down of the instrument.
- Unassisted Experiment – Trained users can run samples alone. Users are responsible for the cleaning and shut down of the instrument. Trained users that have not ran an experiment in 3 months require assisted runs before using the instrument unassisted; the number required is at the discretion of the Core Manager (typically 1-2).
- Facility Ran Experiment – Available upon request, wherein the Core Manager will aid in the experiment set-up, run the sample, and provide complete results. Please contact the Flow Cytometry Facility for further details.
